The Black Hat  by Maia Walczak - English Work

Year 4 have been enjoying the book the Black Hat . This book has also been made into a short film which the children have watched.

The story is about a young boy who finds a black hat in the forest. He put the hat on his head but when he takes it off at bedtime, that's when things begin to happen.....

Here,  Year 4 can be seen working in small group or in pairs trying to sequence the story of the Black Hat. They worked well and really discussed the events of the story and placed the events in chronological order.
